The Original 38 Bach Flower Remedies!
Bach flower remedies and flower essences are not difficult to understand. They are considered suitable for self-administration. The only difficulty may be in finding the correct remedy, as it can sometimes be tricky to pinpoint an individual's emotional disposition. A few drops of any Bach flower remedy can be added to your beverage. Pure mineral water works best as a carrier, however filtered water, tap water and even juice may be used. The remedies can also be taken directly on the tongue, rubbed into the skin or placed in a bath.

"We have so long blamed the germ, the weather, the food we eat as the causes of disease, but many of us are immune in an influenza epidemic, many love the exhilaration of a cold wind and many can eat cheese and drink black coffee late at night with no ill effects.... It is only when we allow doubt and depression, indecision or fear to creep in that we become sensitive to outside influences."
